As a certified online business manager (OBM), Erica Bell is the consummate professional, bringing over 30 years of experience, expertise, and a proven track record in building and managing operational infrastructures and providing advanced administrative support. Before creating this agency, Erica was Vice President of Operations for an IT firm, where she worked her way up and honed her skills that allowed her to start her own agency support business. Erica graduated from Roosevelt University with a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies.
